These are your personal settings: they follow your account, not the league, so your theme and alert choices apply everywhere without anyone else seeing a difference.
Display
Theme can follow your system, or stay fixed light or dark. Reduce motion minimizes animation throughout the app, and Capr also respects your operating system's reduced-motion preference automatically. Both live under Privacy & Display in any league's settings.
Notifications
Push and email alerts are configured per league, so your competitive league can page you while your casual league stays quiet. Every switch is on by default, and every switch governs a real category: there is no toggle that does nothing. They are grouped by what you are doing rather than by what the app calls the event:
The notification groups (every switch on by default)
- Your season
- Switches 4
- Your matchup is final, the weekly recap, power rankings, and awards or Hall of Fame news.
- Your players
- Switches 5
- Lineup problems before it locks, injury updates, scoring updates, the daily news digest, and a game in your matchup starting.
- Trades
- Switches 6
- Proposed to you, accepted or rejected, needs your vote, executed, trade auction activity, and a player hitting the trade block.
- Bids, waivers & the clock
- Switches 4
- Outbid, won a player, you're on the clock, and waiver claim results.
- Draft & offseason
- Switches 5
- Draft starting, every pick as it's made, every auction lot as it closes, offseason phase advanced, and every re-sign, tag and cut league-wide.
- Messages
- Switches 2
- Direct messages, and league board posts and mentions.
- League & account
- Switches 5
- A rule change, a deadline approaching, a manager joining or leaving, falling below the cap floor, and League Finder applications.
The high-volume feeds have their own switches on purpose. A 12-team, 19-round draft is 228 pick alerts, and twelve teams working through Roster Moves is the second-busiest event in the app. Mute those two and you keep your own turn, your own clock, and your transition-tag match window, which are separate switches.
Quiet hours and muting a league
Two controls sit above all the switches. Quiet hours stops pushes between two local times and sends one summary when the window ends. Mute this league stops every push from one league without touching your choices anywhere else. The bell inside the app keeps every notification either way, so nothing is lost, only deferred.
